Ing Architekt Michael Hammes, who offers an assessment with a joint site visit, on-site consultation, evaluation, list of defects, and a 10-year plan for any necessary modernisations.
By booking the German architect and expert's consulting service, you will also receive independent advice and valuable tips, drawing on his well over 20 years of professional experience. Architect Michael Hammes is regularly on-site at Lake Maggiore, so there are no expensive travel or overnight costs incurred when you utilise the architect's service.
Mr Hammes can serve as a point of contact with Italian engineers and tradespeople and, with his many years of technical experience in the renovation of older buildings, can ensure the usual German quality and attention to detail for you when he oversees alterations and renovations as an independent expert. Together with Mr Hammes, we have an extensive network of Italian tradespeople from local firms for all areas, which allows us to support you with alterations and renovations.
